A socially aware youth, Ravi (Vinod Khanna) is displeased with unequal distribution of wealth in his country and decides to rebel against it. He turns into a Robinhood of sorts and starts stealing wealth from the rich and divides it among the needy. But he is attacked and hounded by a few selfish people who do not approve of his actions.
