Usire is a 2001 Kannada romantic drama movie starring Ravichandran, Rachana and Prakash Raj. The story revolves around Rudre Gowda, who is strongly against intercaste marriages taking place in his village. Situations however turn complicated when Rudre Gowda's daughter, Chandri, falls in love with Mutthu, a person from a different cast. Will Rudre Gowda support his daughter's decision and get them married?
