A talented theater artist, Devdutta is happy to pursue a career in folk art and theatre. He falls for a woman who shares similar interests. But things go awry when an innocent Devdutta gets a call from the Chief Minister and is accused of things he never did. Trying to prove his innocence, Devdutta learns that he has a doppelganger named Suresh, who is trying to implicate him in the crime.
