The Indian government sanctions a financial support scheme for rape victims, but its many rules desensitise the issue altogether. Taking advantage of this scheme is a bunch of politicians, police personnel, media persons, and poor people wanting to get their hands on the money. Ram Bhajan is one such man who decides to create a fake story of assault upon his wife with the help of a compounder Omprakash. The two men decide to share the compensation. This black comedy traces their journey of first creating and then convincing the authorities of the crime.
