Mayer Adhikar is a 1998 Bengali drama film starring Prosenjit, Rituparna Sengupta and Lily Chakraborty. Tarulatha Chowdhury runs her business with the help of her manager, Milesh. Joy is the only son of Mrs. Chowdury. Due to some conspiracy hatched by Milesh, Joy meets with an accident. Asha helps Joy recover and they both fall in love but are thrown out once Asha gives birth to their son Rabem. While in college, Rabem falls in love with Disha. The family reunites again after a brief struggle.
