Daata, a ruthless village leader, controls everything and everyone in the village. Shankar, helped by his son Guman, used to support Daata. However, things change when Karan, Daata eldest son, comes back home and falls in love with Shankar's sister, Tulsi. Daata anger escalates when Shankar defends his widowed daughter-in-law and marries her, leading to threats against the villagers
