Asha, an NGO worker, wants Shyam, an educated jobless youth, to reform who had out of his utter poverty attempted to rob Asha in the past. Asha being a clever girl asks Shyam to join her NGO and give up on his wayward lifestyle. Shyam, bolstered by the love of Asha, tries his best to live a decent, law-abiding life. But it's nearly impossible to achieve the same with his former crime boss and his mistress trying to trip him.
