The manner in which Jasoda became the mother of Sri Krishna in the same way, Laxmi an upper class girl was forced to take care of a child in the Roy family to earn her living due to the torture of her step- mother. Laxmi a girl of 13 years old was incapable of managing the naughty kid, so she thought that it could only be done by the child's mother. They were looking for a permanent settlements while Laxmi's step mother decided to get her married to a local boy and the family left for Krishnanagar. Laxmi's husband fleds as she becomes pregnant and she becomes all along. Aborting her fetus she again engages herself in baby sitting. In this manner Laxmi's bond grows deep a with the children and she presently works in Nani's family. After years Laxmi meets with the child she has brought up for 4 years like a mother. Gora is a gentlemen now, and has come to take her back. Finally Laxmi is convinced as Gora's wife also insists to replace the position of her late mother-in-law.
