Retired Colonel Suryaveer Singh (Amitabh Bachchan) takes on the job of guarding a baby girl named Anamika (Rucha Vaidya) on the request of his friend, Shekhar (Arjun Rampal). Despite this, Anamika and Suryaveer are attacked by gangsters, and Anamika gets kidnapped. When Anamika's father fails to pay the ransom, Suryaveer takes it upon himself to rescue Anamika.
