Chahat Mein Barbad is the story of the complexities in relationships. Sudeshna is a doctor in a mental asylum where her patients have lost their sanity due to their love and passion for something in life. Piklu, a medical student lands in the mental asylum after he is ditched by his childhood love for a richer boyfriend. Sudeshna takes him home for treatment. But her husband and daughter are against him. Pritha, Sudeshna’s sister-in-law is the only one who supports her. Everyone in Sudeshna’s family is emotionally unstable. Pritha is in a relation with a married man who can’t leave his wife and ailing son. Subrata, her husband physically uses his secretary. Rupsa leads a wayward life. Piklu helps all of them realize the truth of their relationships and life and unites everybody.
