Story of two brothers where everyone respects them out of fear, where even police hesitate to bother them. A land ruled by Amarpal Singh and Samarpal Singh. Vikram wants to run for the college election and being the son of Amarpal Singh everyone in college fears him, no other student dares to run for the election opposite him, but Shiva decides to choose a candidate who will be running against Vikram. Threatened by Vikram, the candidate selected by Shiva backs out from the election and an unknown stranger registers his name as a candidate for the election. Shiva and the unknown stranger team up in order to beat Vikram Singh.
