Aloy Phera' is the story of Lattu getting a new lease of life. Lattu was found abandoned in a boat by a sage who brings him up. after the death of the sage Lattu leaves his residence and encounters lots of evil men. Finally he meets Bhola, a lonely taxi driver. Bhola gives shelter to Lattu and vows to get him educated despite all odds. But due to poverty Bhola fails to get him admitted in a school. Bhola finally gets a job in the DM's house as a driver. He is shocked to find that the DM's son resembles Lattu. He finds out that the DM had twin sons who got separated on a stormy night. He realizes that Lattu is actually their son but he is afraid to give Lattu back to them as he would become lonely again. But, he finally decides to unite Lattu with his family. The DM decides to keep Bhola with them as the tutor of his sons.
